So basically i am eating 3,000-3,600 calories a day for the first two weeks ,most of it is coming from fats of course like it stated in the books.
My macros are:
250g-300g Fats
200g-250g Proteins
30g of Carbs
Do those macros look ok? im looking for mass gains.
My stats are:
180 lbs
15-17 bf
5’9 ft
17 yrs old
oh and on my carb reload days, how much carbs should i be taking in about 500g? and do i keep the fat at…say 100g and protein at 180g(1g per lb)?
Any insight would help me.
