Liked the article but wondering why take fish oil at bed time? I do take four tabs of Flameout but divide them up with meals throughout the day.

I do take Z-12 on an empty stomach at night. can I take the Flameout with the Z-12?

I do.

For me it’s just timing to be honest. You can take fish oil all day long really. I just load up on certain supps at night because I’m busy most all day long and honestly forget. So at night I take most of my fish oil.
