I ate about 4100 Cals/day on the massive eating diet over six meals.
I am very happy with the results, although there is no change in my appearance. I am taking a recovery week this week eating maintenance, next week I am gonna start the don’t diet diet and Meltdown training. My goal is 10% BF.
In the meltdown article it stated that depending upon your diet, you may gain lbm while you lose fat due to the intensity of training; should I eat the calories prescribed in the don’t diet (about 3150 for me) or eat maintenance(3700)?
My main goal for now is fat loss, but adding some muscle would be great, any ideas??

Advice: don’t diet down to 10% in one shot. Read the “Keep Bulking or Cut?” thread on this forum page and follow the advice given there.

zig zag your calories…

lowest range when you dont work out

highest when you do

Good job gaining the mass. I’m guessing you probably gained some strength on that program too. I’d recommend training your heavy lifts once a week with low reps while on Meltdown, or all the strength you’ve gained (and then some) will be gone.

Very good posted results. I recommend 5x5 training each body part 2x/week for your cutting phase. If not, you’ll lose the strength levels gained from ABBH.

ABBH is a great program, I put on 5 kg in 6 weeks of ABBH. Then I did Chad waterbury’s Next Big 3 program while lowering calories - it worked great.

You may want to revisit your caloric calculations again. I doubt that your maintenance calories are 3700. The average, non BBing male has maintenance calories of about 2250 per day. 3700 sounds way too high.

Maybe on some eating plans it would be lower, but on the massive eating/don’t diet diet, maintenance is quite high.
