Though I have to admit I really enjoyed the look in my daughter’s boyfriends eyes when he came to the gym with her one day while I was deadlifting so I’ll add:

All of the above really. At the moment it’s A) but when I get my bf lower I will start doing the westside routine outlined in the 8 keys so it will be B)
