A long and healthy life is the end result of increasing muscle and decreasing fat. I’ll have to go with C as a function of doing A properly.
My primary goal is for increased athletic performance since I am a mma fighter. I do care about longterm health though, so that is why I am constantly learning and keeping in shape.
