I will say that is why I backed off of training my traps so much because I know they would grow like that if I tried harder. That is the first time I’ve seen traps that actually do look “too big”…but jumping from that to “synthol” just makes some of you seem like you’ve never trained around anyone bigger than maybe 220lbs.
