What are your macros/normal day look like?
i actually have no idea, haha.
fire season is picking up probably won’t be able to workout/post much. I’ll probably lose bunch of weight though i usually do! hopefully not to much strength with it, gotta get those maintenance workouts in there.
pulled a 28hr shift on a fire today (and yesterday). didn’t get my bench workout in.
man just did another 28hr shift things are heatin up!
