Another Delusional Indian....

Front Lat Spread

Abdominal Quads

Not sure if it shows, but I took Stu’s and Bonez’s suggestions, eating clean and adding mass. I went up to about 196 lbs at my heaviest. The day of the show (so keep in mind, there’s also dehydration to consider), I was roughly 170 lbs. There’s certainly more muscularity than there was for the wedding.

I have to say, it felt great being up on that stage. I feel like I’ve just started this journey. More people should get into this :slight_smile:

Good work man, congrats on your show

WOW, you did it, congrats man, how old are you?? Could have done with a tiny bit more fat loss, were you over weight before, or did u just need a couple more weeks to be totally shredded. Congrats again on making it to the stage. Take pride in it.

Congrats, competing is hard enough, to do it on an Indian diet is much more impressive. For me, that’ll take a LOT of restraint.
Thank goodness my mom cooks that food on rare occassion, or else I would have had no shot in hell losing the weight that I did.

Cool comp pics, enrac.
When did you take your avi shot? You look like an indian it nerd on that one.
What about your lower belly, though? Is that a loose skin issue or subQ fat?

@sam_sneed
Credit where it’s due: the comp pics show some decent muscularity and, of course, leanness.
Just imagine him constantly piling on quality size.

@RobRaynerBB
Thank you for the kind words :slight_smile: I’m 33, will be 34 this April. I think, yes, I could have lost some more weight to get the mid-section in better shape. Next time, I think, more cardio!

@Nikki9591
Thanks :slight_smile: Yeah, it’s not easy. Are you Indian?

@FattyFat
Haha, yeah, that AVI pic was taken in 2008. I’m a big fan of surrealism (Dali, Magritte, etc) so that’s what I was going for in that pic. Personally, most people would look like skinny nerds next to my trainer. Some of the belly … floppiness?.. is loose skin, but I’m betting it’s also fat that I could have lost had I more time. Lessons learned for next time I guess :slight_smile:

@bushidobadboy
Thank you, sir :slight_smile:

West Indian. Some differences, some similarities between the two.

I love the “next time” attitude. Keep us updated.

Oh definitely FF, he did a great job over the last year. My post was referring to the 1st few pics he posted last year. He has made impressive progress and earned his ratings in those contest pics.

Nice work!

It is pretty good but nothing special.

5/10 You need more mass and look somewhere in the stage between beginner and intermediate. Good luck with the wedding

OOps… I didn’t see the last pics they look lots better 6.5 :slight_smile: Definitely Intermediate.

That is AWESOME. Well done Enrac!

Top stuff Enrac…

This is me at 165 pounds a few days before another contest (pics of which are pending). For this one, during the bulk, I kept up with the cardio and when leaning out, just increased the intensity and time. I also ate more veggies (lots of asparagus).

Oh, and I didn’t place in either of the divisions I competed in :(. The competition was fierce, well over 10 people in each weight class and all very well built. I need to work on my legs more… Well, everything really, for size.

Any pics of the comp, you look real good man, and you got rid of most of the belly fat, definitely a lot leaner, nice work.

Good work on getting so lean with a veggie diet! Indians usually have a big wide waist (maybe due to the diet), I thankfully have been blessed with a small waist but I know how hard it is to get lean with an indian diet!
So good work man.

Nice work enrac. Showing consistent positive progress from each period you post pics. No stagnation here. Actually most notable night/day difference between your old contest pics and the one you just put up. Lots more muscle and much much leaner even though you are 5 lbs lighter in scale weight
