Currently 8-10. usually try to max out at 6-12 reps and then increase my weight once im able to do 12 reps easily.
@s.gentz Thanks for the help! Appreciate any advice to get me in a good spot. What should I include in my logs to get proper advice here. Currently use my fitness pal for calorie tracking and fitbod for lifting.

15 years but has mainly just been maintaining weight with a relatively inconsistent diet, yo-yoing between 155-170lbs. But did manage to gain 10 pounds this year but hit a plateau and yes have seen a gastrologist and currently resolving digestive issue lol

This seems far too rigid to make optimal progress. You actually wait until you can get 12 reps easily before increasing weight?
