You failed to do 1 rep with 33lb for deadlift. Think you have bigger issues than your abs. I would advise you get your health checked out or stop being exaggerating and being so delusional.

Go back and re-read what i was saying . I said i used to fail at it . now iam doing 5x5 of 220 lbs . Clearly you’re the one whos not seeing things properly.
Be able to pull about 405lb for easy reps and you’ll probably see abs.

Isnt this just a crude way of putting it . I mean , okay forget about me for now and just think of this from a different angle . surely not everyone who has abs can pull 405 … and if that was the case , more power lifts would be the ones having abs rather than the body builders , swimmers and co wouldnt even be in the equation ! I get your point being that stronger guys will have better muscles , but i know its not just straight forward like that . i’ve lost the tiny bit of definition that i had also now , after starting weights i mean , despite getting stronger .

I don’t think you know what sub 10% bf looks like. If you don’t have abs at “6.7”% then you were born without your rectus abdominis muscle.
Exactly.

Lol exactly this. This was what I was trying to say earlier when he was claiming sub 7% and ten fold strength increases.
I’m sure he’s not FAT considering he’s only like 160, but surely nowhere near 7% and probably not enough lean mass to have any definition.
As i said earlier i got it checked up at quite a few locations and got an average . Its not like i saw a few pics and decided on a value !
Checked how? You 're doing it wrong. You need more lean mass and when you have sufficient lean mass you can then worrying about leaning out so you are actually less than 10% and you can see your abs in clear relief.

Seeing any muscle on your body is a function of three things-
It’s really that simple. Bodybuilders in competition mode/swimmers/athletes have visible abs because their bf % is low while they have a good amount of muscle. Heavyweight powerlifters don’t have visible abs because their bf % isn’t that low. But go find a powerlifter who weighs under 160lb and pulls 500lb+. You WILL see abs. They probably won’t look like the type of abs that the average populace wants, but you’ll see them nonetheless.
Don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be. If you’re pulling 220lb for 5x5, then you’re still bloody weak and whatever abs you have will not be all that impressive.
Get to deadlifting 405 for easy reps and get to a sub 10% bf and you’ll have the impressive abs that the normal people want.
So no picture? I miss the funny trolls who would post pictures.

I think people want to see a picture because you claimed to have 6.7% bodyfat. It’s mostly a non-issue though, because no abs and 6.7% bodyfat is not really possible.

Totally possible. But I doubt the OP is a starvation victim.
