I don’t feel too beat up physically, but I feel like taking a bit of a mental break before jumping back into sheiko. What should I do?

Good effort. Seems like a wasted opportunity for an actual PR? Weird point to go off program. Amazing nonetheless

I really wasn’t feeling it given the mornings disappointment,only had 30min, forgot my belt and figured that the priority is deadlifts so squats are basically an accessory

I feel like taking the day off even though I’m feeling great physically. Should I take the day off?

Yes, you should take the day off, go see a movie, eat greasy food, and junk with no guilt. It will do miraculous things for your soul.

Maybe I should check it out- couldn’t be worse than spending 15 min trying to get a screenshot of dead civilians

Also, I think I found a solution to my propensity to slack off- just “prescribe” more sets than needed, then I can get the work done and still get the satisfaction of “slacking off”

In truth, it can be frustrating. It’s a very challenging game. I like RPGs because I can take my time.

So the plan is to jump back into a prep cycle, but I’m looking at tomorrow’s workout (week 1: Day 1) and mentally, it just doesn’t feel feasible.What should i do?
