So I’m looking at that and thinking you ate, not including veggies:
A small portion of chicken, some butter, a very small portion of oats, a very small portion of seeds and 2 chocolate bars (?). That’s very little of anything useful.
it did come out to about 90g protein
Most days I have a scoop of protein powder, but one of the bananas was going bad so I ate the third banana instead of the protein powder
I feel this is kind of my point. 90g protein and fairly little carbs.
The bars (about200kcal each) are mostly carbs and so were the banannas
I don’t really know what the bars are, are they quality carbs?
The rx bar(dates, nuts, egg whites) and banannas are (still sugar though), nugo not so much (which is the “unhealthy part”) I was talking to @ChickenLittle about.
It’ll get healthier next semester when I buy and prep my own stuff
That sounds like “nakd” bars that we have in this country. They taste awful and cost a bomb over here.
I can’t stress enough that in my opinion, “healthier” should be a synonym for “more”. The best thing for your health right now is more quality calories.
