Lol! Believe me, I know
I usually look 4-6months pregnant by the end of the day
The thing is, I don’t have the luxury of cutting after my ‘bulk’

You don’t need to cut. Again: you aren’t seeing fat accumulation: you are seeing food mass and bloat. Sleeping solves it. When you resume a “non-weight gaining diet”, you will no longer be in a state of bloat.
Ahh, Is this a hack.
if so, do you know a way to hack blood tests
Why would you want to?
Improved Blood/hormone tests are arguably more important to my mom than just weight
Instead of hacking the tests, why not try to meet the marks?
It would require me getting fatter- literally fatter, not just bigger
What is the issue with that?
I’d look worse and more body fat doesn’t help strength/ performance
Who told you that? Ensure you stop listening to them, as they are insane at best.
Body fat goes a long way toward improving strength. Along with improving leverages, it gives some natural cushioning and stability to connective tissue. I blew out my ACL when I was at my leanest, and to this day I don’t let myself get that lean if I am trying to push strength.
And if that extra fat also gets your hormones in order, it will absolutely improve strength.
Proportional amounts of body fat concerning females, actually help recovery more than you realize.
Whatever is going on in your head about how you perceive fat gain, is what is leading you to think that’s it’s going to somehow hinder your progress/performance.
@T3hPwnisher said it very well.
Women are beasts when it comes to endurance, and overall recovery. I don’t know if you think we’re all saying just gain a large amount of weight at once. But that’s not what we’re saying at all.
I didn’t think that
Fair enough. If I may ask, what do
You think you’ll like like with say, an extra 5 pounds on your frame? Do you think you’ll look bad?
…two words -Pharma section.
edit: I am NOT advocating “pharma solutions”, I am pointing out all the hoops/craziness those people are going through to improve their hormonal profile; meanwhile, you just need to gain some weight and stop obsessing about some ideal of “but, 'da ABS”.
This is the time that you should absolutely stop doing conditioning. There is no sense in tiring yourself out when you are supposed to attempt PR singles.
Stage-ready bodybuilders aren’t about to set any PRs in the gym, and there are some big fat guys squatting over 1000lbs so perhaps some degree of fatness is useful. And being sick and having hormonal issues due to training too much and not eating enough certainly won’t help either.
LOL!!! I derive far too much free entertainment from those people
Haven’t gotten an answer. I genuinely wish to know how you view this sort of thing.
Honestly, idk but I don’t have the luxury of going back if i don’t like it…
Well I’ll leave you with this.
There is no luxury. No luxury of whatever you think there is. It’s as simple as just cutting your calories back if you get uncomfortable. There’s no luxury to gaining either. I don’t know the dynamic you have with your parents, but I can guarantee they mean you well. Even if you wish to return to a lower weight, the best you can do is at least communicate. But In all reality, you’d be at a prime weight of 115-120lbs. I think that kind of off puts you, but it’s the truth.
I don’t know what In particular, has you thinking this way, but it’s okay to try to silence whatever keeps you in this perceived safe place regarding your weight.
I’ll be honest with you, it’s not the training, nor is even really the food. It’s whatever’s going on emotionally and mentally with you. I’m not about to go all 100% shrink on you, but I can see it when you post on here, that stuff…bothers you. There’s things you repeatedly say, and most times when someone brings it to your attention about your eating, you avoid it.
I can be completely wrong. But I’m more than certain I’m not. I’ll be straight up and let you know, I’m not here to berate you, or just be counterproductive to your progress, or your logging, but I do show a considerable amount of concern for you.
You’re more than welcome to come into my log and talk about training, or even other stuff. I’m not where I once was at during the past years of my training, but I’m decently strong enough to give you some pointers.
