bodyweight leg work: 8x(30 sec air squats+15sec rest)
- felt really really good! very happy with squats. this absolutely destroyed me though

- felt pretty good going in, happy to be consistently hitting 5 reps at 40kg

- felt pretty good, took longer than expected but really worked upper body

Conditioning: 15min incline walk, work up to 14% incline and 3mph, then go back down
- pretty tired going in and right trap really pissed off, went well regardless, conditioning went by in a snap and really got HR up
Week 2: Day 2 (yesterday)
Squat: 1x5-75, 1x3-85, 1x3-95kg; 1x3-90, 1x3-85, 1x4-80, 1x6-75, 1x8-70
Deadbugs: 6x12/side
Deadlifts: 1x10-80, 1x9-90, 2x8-95, 1x7-100, superset with 20 bodyweight lunges/side
snatch grip DL: 3x6-70kg
leg extensions: 1x8,5x6-75lbs; 4x7, 4x6-70lbs; 3x6-65, all sets EMOM
1 arm KBS: 1x12, 2x14, 1x16- 40lbs alternating
- holy shite this was really really hard, very disappointed at the squat top set, deadlifts went by easier than expected

- harder than expected, pleasantly surprised that I got 6 reps on the press, the db bench was harder than expected stamina wise. Haven’t been feeling the best this week
Week 2: Day 4

lying leg raises: 5x20
Front Squat: 1x10-50, 1x8-55, 3x5-55EMOM
Paused squat: 3x4-60kg

Conditioning: 2x(45sec highknees+45sec jumping jacks+30sec rest), 2x(45sec pop squats+45sec jumping jacks+30sec rest), 2x(45sec skater hops+45sec jumping jacks+30sec rest)
- this is incredibly hard, disappointed at top DL set, barely made it through the front squats, conditioning actually felt pretty good
Upper back is trashed. Will skip planned bench day
