Anna's Training Log Part 2 (Part 1)

Oh… good to know…

Roughly how long between the end of the workout and bed? From the above no idea if it last a few hours or lasts 10+ hours.

But regarding that I think this is a prime example of “Don’t ask people on a forum but maybe get a professional to see if there’s anything wrong”. It could be nothing but it could also be your body telling you something

10-13hrs I finish workout ~7:30-8 and I sleep ~9-9:30

I’ll go get it checked out when i have a way to see a doctor w/o my parents knowing.

I feel absolute shit today. I want to take the day off :sob::sob:

Then do it

I fucking hate how I look. Everyday it feels like I’m finding more places where I’m fatter than I was.
Those ppl who can lose weight without trying are so lucky
I know this is an unpopular opinion here, but I’m not a skinny guy. I don’t particularly care about getting bigger.
It would be nice if I were looking better or my numbers were keeping pace, but I just keep getting softer and my ratios are getting worse :sob::sob::face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Mostly frustration over fluffiness and poor squat performance

I’ve also been very unproductive but can’t seem to get myself to do more

Unproductive in respect to training or life in general?

I don’t feel that it is in all honesty. It seems a commonly popular one. You can see the hate @flipcollar gets for keeping lean while eating pop-tarts.

That said, I keep returning to quadrants on this one.

Life in general.

I have a lot I could/should be doing, but end up wasting a lot of time

Could/should does not mean ‘have to’.

You have a lot on your plate at the moment so doing what you need to and then having time for you/ living life is ok.

If you still feel like you are wasting time then out the ’ a lot of things’ choose one and attack that. Sometimes when we have a lot of things to do we spend a lot of time doing nothing but the moment we only worry about not doing one thing, it’s much easier to get done

I feel like a lot of people here have told me to gain weight or encourage it.

interesting. Wouldn’t be surprised tbh

I just get fatter faster when I eat the amount I want. It’s still only been three week, maybe I’m not actually getting fatter right now. I guess this is some sort of loss aversion. risk seeking in losses vs a sure loss

Ah. Well yeah, that would be quite a different sentiment compared to envy over those who lose it easily.

See; a common sentiment. Its not surprising.

This would be a fantastic thing To realize : )

@mr.v3lv3t I tried the Smoke Shop bbq. Terrible. The smoked turkey was less dry than the pulled pork…

I will say, the wait staff are beyond amazing.

Anna the way my phone displays your post without tapping on the image :joy: :joy:
