No. I felt full, just wanted to engage in the act of eating.
I was planning on starting the second cycle of BBB tomorrow but I don’t feel like it
Can I just have a bit of fun this coming week
You need no one’s permission to live Anna. You are an adult now.
I was asking bc it seems that the standard protocol for BBB is to run 6 weeks then deload the 7th week.
There’s are also some very minor logistical issues that I’m blowing out of proportion
I was answering because you don’t need permission to deviate from a plan. That’s being an adult. You get to make decisions for yourself and experience the results
I agree with @T3hPwnisher . I understand the difficulties that one can experience with having a written plan and not being able to adhere to it. In this instance, it is worth pointing out that that for a very long time this,
Would’ve been written as,
and people made progress back then too. To quote Alsruhe: if you are in a hole, stop digging.
I COULD adhere to it; I don’t WANT to…
I’m debating whether to stick with it or not
It’s a poor fit
Why not?
(To understand where you are coming from, not to debate. Obviously do whatever you want)
I’m not sure, I just want a bit of a break I guess?
I want to play around a bit. I’m kind of dreading doing squats and bench
When I was overtrained, one of the symptoms was dreading training.
2500 could be your norm
Just food for thought
Okay, so it’s “deload”

I think food marketing is getting to me.
I suddenly want to try fried chicken and doughnuts. This hasn’t happened before
Logically speaking, I’d probably not like it that much more than roasted chicken and it’d fuck in my gut but still…
I also really want rotisserie chicken… an entire one. There’s a supermarket not too far away and I am very tempted to get one today.
But… I already have meat defrosted in the fridge and impulse bought overpriced cheese yesterday. Also I wouldn’t be able to fit the chicken into my calorie allotments, especially since I’m not doing anything hard tk deserve it today
