Bench Press: 1x5-30,35; 5x5-40kg

- felt pretty good, glad today was easier, RDLs pretty hard mentally- really killed glutes
Week 4: Day 5

Note: This isn’t really a deload in the traditional sense. I’ll be in NYC for Thanksgiving break next week so I didn’t feel like starting cycle 2 and get interrupted before finishing the first week

I didn’t get fat and tbh, I was probably in a deficit for most of the vacation since all the meat on thanksgiving kinda killed my appetite ![]()
I’ve come to realize that, for me “ would you eat it if it were an apple” is a terrible measure for hunger- “would you eat it if it were a cookie works better”
I think you need to start smoking weed or something. Even heavy drinking would be better for recovery.
Both suggestions are only a tad illegal ![]()
