I often find this with deadlifts. A minimalist approach works pretty well, especially if you’re already hitting Squat hard.

HELL YES!!!
With how close those numbers are to what you hit I have no doubt that if you posted videos of those lifts we could provide you with small technical tips to get those increases.
Also in regards to match pound for pound strength ratios sometimes (certainly with how small you are) a couple kg increase in body mass can change your leverages ever so slightly which you need to get used to.
This is where you went wrong… Everyone knows yelling " YEEEEEAAAAH BUUUUDY" or “LIGHT WEIGGGHHHHHT” adds 10 kg to all lifts MINIMUM!!!
But in all serious happy you got those good lifts!

I really don’t understand how people struggle to eat 3k+ calories.
Yesterday I treated myself to 3k (usually stay around 1.9k) of mostly clean foods (had 4oz sourdough and 3oz cream cheese though).
Also got 8servings of veggies and totaled 80g fiber, 120g protein for the day.
I felt good going to bed yesterday and feel like I could eat the same amount today… I wish I could get away with eating more…

Sourdough is the most anabolic of all the breads too!
It’s bread I can actually eat since the fermentation removed quite a bit of the gluten.
I actually made it myself using a probiotic pill, then making soda bread with the fermented stuff (the bacteria in probiotics doesn’t produce Co2 so you still have to use leavening)
This would absolutely be clean food as a result

Sorry, this statement makes me a little concerned. To me this reads as an implication arrow that your calories were restricted by parents/guardian-like figures.

Your boundaries are yours and should be respected regardless of others not having them.
Eating 3k Calories after I’ve been cutting feels like heaven… It’s only a struggle when you constantly do it and your body is sick of digesting a lot of food. To be honest I think it’s less the calories (for me anyways) and more that eating a lot of certain foods causes minor intolerances which didnt exist before
