It looked a lot more insane right after the meal last night and in better lighting LOL
Week 20: Day 5- Plyo
Sprints: 5x50m, 5x20m
Squat Jumps: 5x5-25lbs
Broad jumps: 3x5
- pistols weren’t happening so decided to switch things up. Felt really good and powerful, esp on squat jumps, will try to do an extra leg session next week
How are you already in May? I feel like I’m lagging behind
Lol
I didn’t reset my count on New Years
Week 20: day6
Military press: 3x(12/side-25lbs+60m farmer walk- 25lbs in one hand,45lbs in the other), 2x(11/side-25lbs+60m farmer walk)
Seated press: 5x10/side
Rows: 1x(5/side-45lbs+max push-ups)-100 push-ups!!
- really happy w/press progression, farmers carries really taxed grip and actually got hr up pretty good
- promised myself I’d only have to do 1 set if I got 100 push-ups, didn’t expect to get it considering that I did 10sets of press, rows and carries
- wish my legs would keep up @Bagsy I feel your pain
Side note: my phone know me so well
That’s nuts!
It’d be way more impressive if I could string together 50 proper pullups
How well do you do with weighted push ups? I had a friendly competition with some friends on push ups.
Unweighted I didn’t win but weighted no one stood a chance. It was an interesting experiment.
IDK, I don’t have a vest so my “weighted pullups” are me attempting to do pushups with plates or a kettlebell in a school backpack- not ideal
I don’t have a vest either. I just put a plate on my back. It’s not a part of my program so I don’t do it regularely at all but I always loved weighted push ups.
Weighted vests strike me as a relatively new commodity. People made due with less than “ideal” for a long time. Or elevated their feet. Just make it harder.
Meh, for me, push-ups are just an exercise I do for “recovery”. I get a nice pump and don’t get sore the next day
I don’t really care too much about progression
I might throw a few weighted sets in at the end of my weighted walks going forward though
With the kB, I’m more afraid of it moving around → uneven loading-> injury or imbalance
@Koestrizer what is so important about German high school math grades?
I’ve been reading some behavioural science studies and it seems that most of the ones done by German researchers correlate findings with hs math grades
Puh I wouldn’t know. It is one of the main/ mandatory subjects, as well as German and English. Those are kinda standardized and therefore better comparable? That’s my best guess.
Week 21: Day 1
Pistols: 1x6/side, 1x5/side, 1x4/side, 5x3/side, 1x2/side- all w/ 45lbs, 1x(6/side-25lbs+12/side-unweighted)
- felt good going in and pretty happy w/ performance even though didn’t hit goal of 36 reps, killed legs
Week 21: Day 2
45min- weighted walk 45lbs in pack
Pushups: 3x10-45lbs, 1 min rest
- traps killing me on the walk, felt good otherwise, pushed pace and got HR up, any tips @T3hPwnisher
- pushups a harder than expected
I am genuinely uncomfortable offering you training tips until you’ve made headway on your eating disorder.
Week 21: Day 3
45min kickboxing working
- didn’t feel like doing anything but got warmed up and felt great, got HR up

Re: Sleep
I can fall asleep pretty quick, but I wake up and spend a lot of time in a half sleep state. I also get very vivid dreams that feel really really real- ie I can actually taste /smell/feel things, but at the same time, I’m talking myself through the dream as if I’m conscious. Eventually I get frustrated and go to the restroom out of boredom. About an hour before my alarm goes off, I get really comfortable and presumably get quality sleep, but then I start hearing my alarm go off in my head every so often up until the point that it actually goes off.
Week 21: Day 4
Shrimp Squat: 1x6/side, 4x5/side- all w/45lbs, 5x11/side-25lbs, 60sec rest
RDLs: 2x4/side- 3030 tempo, 1x6/side, all w/ 45lbs
- not too excited going in, legs felt pretty good though and happy w/ performance, didn’t really feel it in legs too much, might need to up work
Week 21: Day 5
Supposed to press, but shoulders a bit pissed for some reason
4x(jog 800m-1km loop+50 pushups)
- got HR up, legs surprisingly cooperative, felt good, shoulders pissed so pushups a lot harder than expected, pretty disappointed at how out of shape I’m right now
Sorry, forgot about this. I don’t work with these kinds of IT people that closely, so I think if I were to say something you should take it with a grain of salt. Who are you showing these questions to? People that work with hiring these types of individuals? A lot of the competent markers seem like resume padding to me and I’d be very wary of anyone making most of these claims about themselves.
