not too hard on HR but really hard, felt good and quick
@Voxel we had a grill night and I didn’t got off the rails! About 2200 for the day!
Sorry, I got occupied and forgot to email you the link, I’ll send it later today and tag you
On my way home from the crag, need to eat something before taking the time to reply. Explained as well as I can muster at the moment would be adjust so that your September sheet starts from the 16th <so it’ll be fewer rows) and change the first row in the second column of the yearly sheet by replacing “August” with “September” and adjust the number 32 to however many rows the September sheet turns out to be.
Not sure what you did with some of your charts and I didn’t even want to touch the October sheet but now the yearly and the september sheet should link up okay at least.
Try by yourself at the turn of the month to set-up the new sheet and if you can’t do it by yourself I’ll help out but then I want you to give it a proper look afterwards so you’ll know how to do it by November (presuming that you keep up the habit).
I was in meetings all day and barely ate anything all day so I had ~1000 calories left, thus…
Pre-bed “snack”: rest of a block of cheese(5.4oz)+ rest of container of raw honeycomb (~ 90g)
Sounds like my day today as well (back to back meetings) but just managed a late lunch, which is good because today is deadlift testing day! Fortunately I’m adequately stressed (well more harried today than stressed) and tired!
Good work on making sure you keep eating even if it’s late, and carbs at that!
only thing that sounded good- no appetite. I didn’t intend on eating that much, but I realized that I could “fit in” the rest of what was left, so decided “what the hell!”
Good luck!
Stress and sleep deprivation should be banned “equipment” in powerlifting federations given their ungodly performance enhancing effects
This story is about how farm work is too hard for British people. Seems fairly negative. Until you look at the bigger picture.
A farmer who is in all likelihood an ultra rich land baron or is at least a tenant of one is complaining about having his low paid migrant (read almost slave) work force taken off him. So he will be forced to pay a decent wage.
The story could / should have been reported:
Britons unwilling to put in 12h hard work for just £85/day after tax. And is a story about collective bargaining beating capitalism.
felt pretty good and didn’t do rows Monday so stuck them in, harder than expected, got HR up, good and quick session
Note: the rest of the day felt absolute shit- digestive system decided to revolt with horrid bloating. I was able to get 1650 ish in, only because I scooped out a ~4.5 tbsp or so of raw bone marrow (~500 kcal) from the soup bones my parents brought back
slept terrible but felt pretty good mentally, legs felt absolute shit, got warmed up and realized the regular workout was NOT going to happen- switched up the schedule
Walk felt really good, got HR up a bit and the pack is feeling noticeably lighter- progress!
