Deadlift: work up to 130x1, 2x1-120; 5x10-100kg
Pendlay rows: 8x4-50kg EMOM
Leg extensions: 1x7,3x6-70lbs, 4x6-65lbs

  • holy shit- 5x10 at 100 fuck yeah

Today is move in. I’m going to turn that into a workout. “Functional training” :joy:
