Hey anyone here using Animal Pak - or can anyone tell me what they know about it’s bio-availibility and the quantities of vits and minerals etc.?
In fact anyone here using the other Animal/Universal Products?
Isn’t this one of those “Gain 22 lbs in 3 weeks!” products, or “Get shredded for summer!”
I believe it to be a multi-vitamin. Not sure tho.
It’s supposed to be a pretty good multi. I don’t know how good it is, but I do know it’s an ass-load of pills to swallow. The package says to take 'em pre workout but I’ve always taken my multi’s post workout.
