Animal M-Stak or T3's

I’m 20 years old, 5’7 and my weight is at 140. just recently ive started going to the gym alot, and my primary goal is to bulk up.
weight gainer drinks dont work at all for me, so i think ill save myself the cash and just go on either animal m-stak or t3’s.

I was wondering if someone could tell me which is better for bulking up.

weight gainer shakes work for everyone. Eat 4000 all healthy calories a day everyday. You will grow.

Food does not work for you?

Honestly my metabolism must be rediculess because it seems like ive always been skinny.
Creatine does help alot for the mass. When i did take the Weight gainer i was using a GNC kind, maybe i should try another brand? any suggestions? Also do you guys think t3’s or animal m-stak?
thanks for the quick reply!

You seriously need to learn how to eat to build size before you start using supplements.

Gaining weight/muscle is about consuming enough food. The supplements you mentioned are not going to be of any help until you get your diet figured out.

Wrong way to look at it friend. Whether it be natural testosterone boosters, pro hormone type products, or full blown steroids, these products work by ramping up your bodies ability to use nutrients (FOOD) to promote recovery. Without FOOD you aren’t going to grow period. Start eating the right way and then you can consider getting something like Grow! Premium Quality Whey. If you are lifting hard enough and eating a quality protein powder will do more for you then not eating and thinking a product like the ones mentioned will magically make you more muscular.

A calorie is a calorie. You want a lot of protein, a good amount of carbs and some fat.

Weight gainers have all of the above. They add calories to the food you already eat so that you are consuming more calories total.

The more calories you consume, the less weight you lose and can gain.

Weight gainers are not a magic supplement that just cause muscles to grow in a week. They are an addition to your diet. Results will come after months of training and consuming enough food for results.

You need food.

You will be disappointed with either (or both) of those supplements if you’re not eating enough.

Every guy that says his metabolism is super fast while also saying he eats a “ton” of food, is usually not eating enough calories.

Eat more food. Try eating 5-7 times a day. It really isn’t hard to eat 3,000-4,000 calories per day.

Unless you’re some kind of elite athlete that is practicing 5 or more days a week for hours each day, I highly doubt it’s your metabolism. It’s your lack of food/calories.

yeha u guys are right, i should get my diet straight before doing something extreme like that. its just frustrating u know?
ill try eating alot more and maybe doing the shake gainer with a more serious attitude towards it.
Thanks guys!

Would you guys be able to tell me what would be a good Weight gainer shake?
I hear that cytoGainer is good?

I suggest staying away from weight gainers and just go with a quality whey supplement and a big box of natural PB & J sandwhiches on some good wheat bread. Take that box everywhere and every 2 hours down one or two of them. You just need to eat a lot man. What worked for me was 4 big meals and then 4 times in between those meals down 1 or 2 pb&j’s. That’d give you 8 meals and a ton of healthy calories to help you gain. There you go, all the advice you need on eating calories. So now…GET TO it!
