Put 2 25lbs DBs in my ruck and did a little workout with them during my ruck (renegade man makers and walking lunges, then some curls and shoulder stuff) was a bit slower than usual with the heavier load.

33.3% done 75 hard now, down to 228lbs from 244lbs 25 days ago. It’s honestly not as bad as it looks on paper, the template does a good job of making you prioritize what’s important, but I still feel that I have plenty of time to relax and/or socialize. My one complaint would probably be not allowing the addition of electrolytes to the 1 gallon of water. I think that would just make sense and be more practical but oh well!

Thanks man, much appreciated! I guess the “no adding anything to your 1 gallon of water” rule is just so people actually drink that much water instead of counting coffee/protein shakes toward the daily total. I’ll stick to the rules this time, but I think if I ever do 75 hard again I’ll be adding some sort of zero kcal electrolyte powder at the very least!

45 minute unloaded hike at another trail near me. There’s this massive aluminum staircase there (133 steps) about 4 weeks ago it almost killed me to go up it at a decent pace but I ascended it twice today during my hike and felt pretty ok at the top.
