I decided to change up my training a bit, will be doing the Metcon for muscle plan for the rest of 75 hard. I’ve got just enough time to get through 2 3-week cycles of the plan. Obviously it’s just 4 workouts/week so the other 10 will be rucking, unloaded walks, some time on the airbike and my usual “Sunday Funday” shenanigans. I was hoping I3G would be back in stock because I think it would pair really well with my current training/weight loss, but oh well! Currently down to 220lbs from 244lbs 33 days ago. Hoping the weight loss actually slows down a bit as I don’t want to drop weight unhealthy fast.
Was a long weekend here in Canada so I took a break from logging but still got my workouts/tasks done.

Decided to share some progress pics since the way I look now is drastically different from the pictures I took on January 1st of this year. In the “before” pics I was very hungover and weighed in at 295lbs. In the pics I took today I weighed 218lbs. 77lbs in roughly 7 months works out to 11 pounds per month on average, which I think is a pretty healthy pace considering how overweight I was. Plenty more work to do, really appreciate the support that everyone who’s followed along here has offered!
