i had a problem finding new artists that were like the ones i liked. Artists that could help me murder the weights. So i heard about pandora.com and checked it out. its a website where you can put in a song or artist and then it creates a radio station based on that artist. now i have a ton of new music to squat until my ears bleed to.
that is just about the best thing i’ve heard. i will definatly be checking that out. thanks.
BTW i bet that site took hours and hours of effort to put together, its a real shame no one has ever heard of it.

GUTTED!
Dear Pandora Visitor,
We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative.
We believe that you are in United Kingdom (your IP address appears to be “something numbery has been deleted from here”). If you believe we have made a mistake, we apologize and ask that you please contact us at pandora-support@pandora.com

My former drum teacher was friends with Flo Mounier from Cryptopsy. He has even toured with them before. :P
Wow, that’s awesome! No doubting that Flo is one of the best extreme drummers out there.

Definitely. I thought that Whisper Supremacy and Once Was Not were overrated; None So Vile is obviously a given.
I honestly didn’t think Unspoken King was that terrible, but I don’t really mind deathcore. I think the biggest issue is that they still called it “Cryptopsy,” even though Lord Worm is no longer with them.
@ Vegg - That is fucking awesome! That is definitely a group of guys I’d like to hear sound musical advice from.
I agree…definitely prefer Lord Worm era stuff. Too bad they (or he) couldn’t keep it together.
Never really care for any of the “tough guy” hardcore/nu-metal bands. I can handle some Hatebreed, Agnostic Front, even old Biohazard etc. for the most part, but most of them just don’t do it for me. Their lyrics always seemed a bit too childish (dim witted?) and their music too simple and one dimensional. And bands like Disturbed, Drowning Pool, and others of their ilk just seem like a bunch of posers to me. Just my personal opinion though.

Agreed 100%. Good musical taste too, by the way. Every time someone mentions Disturbed, Godsmack, Slipknot, or any other terrible Nu-Metal band I cringe, more out of pity. It’s just simple music. Crunchy power chords and yelling “Fuck you!” I guess it does technically fit the bill “Angry Music,” though. My real problem is that it’s essentially the same song over and over.
