I have just received a bottle of Androsol. I am very excited and can’t wait to start using it. Can i have some people’s feedback on how and when i should apply it, and also if i should shave my body before. Any info would be very appreciated. Thanks
Personally, I’ve had the best Androsol gains spraying 80 sprays every morning, and washing it off at night before bed. Using this regimen, you can stay “on” for the duration of the bottle. Then use Tribex when you come off. Others probably have different experiences.
I got my best gains with 140/day. Shower,dry - 70 sprays am, shower,dry - 70 sprays pm (~12 hours apart). Seems to be a lot of water retention with this stuff though.
Trim hair with clippers if you’re really hairy, If not, then don’t worry about a little hair. Be sure and eat 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bw, too. I never order A-sol with some AP.
