Big Nog isn’t a huge heavyweight. Even at their fighting weight, the only way I can tell him apart from Rogerio(who fights at 205) is the scar on his back.

Nog is 6’-3" and 240+ plus pounds. That is considerably bigger than a lot of the best heavyweights of all time like Fedor, Mirko, Randy, and puts him in the “medium” size category for a heavyweight. Anderson is a BIG fucking MW. He is 6’-2 and he walks around at 215 according to his camp. He’s a natural LHW. Because he is so long limbed his weight isn’t compact which gives him the lanky appearance that makes people think he isn’t really that big.
One of the Black House coach’s has a deaf son, which is the moaning sounds if I remember correctly.
