ANACONDA/MAG-10 Pre-Contest

Coach T: I’m currently using the full ANACONDA Protocol 1 and reaping the results. I have almost 3 weeks left with it then I am shifting to pre-contest phase (16weeks). I am not sure if that has been asked by anyone else but I’ve yet to see it…for contest prep specific what is your recommendation of using the products available in the ‘protocol’?

The goal is to shed down and be stage ready. I estimate when I finish the Protocol 1 I’ll be at around 238 @ 13% bodyfat. With your experience working with prepping guys what method is best?

I like the results so far (I previously used protocol 2 right before this). Growing consistently and would like to be able to use the supps in the most effective way for bodybuilding/pre-contest.

If you have any thoughts at all on this I hope you have time to share. Thank you very much.

I used the Protocol with 4 competitive bodybuilders and will be working with one pro (more on that in the near future). I kept the Protocol as described until 8 weeks out. At 8 weeks out I reduced the carbs (with the current Protocol, drop down to 1 scoop of Surge Workout fuel pre-workout) and kept the ANACONDA and MAG-10 the same.

At 4 weeks out I dropped Surge Workout Fuel and kept using ANACONDA and MAG-10.

I kept those tho in up to 10 days out, and cut it for the last 10 days to avoid water retention issues.

Wow. Thank you so much man. Just so I understand this fully. With the four previous bb’ers you were using Protocol 1 then at 8 weeks switched to Surge Workout Fuel 1 scoop and so forth or was it Protocol 2 you were using?

Totally makes sense to keep it in. In such a short time of using the ANACONDA/MAG-10 I don’t want to train without.

One thing that may occur with me in contest prep that I am sure you are savvy on is multiple day trainings. If I am splitting weight training session in a day such as I know you have done what is your recommendation for dosing with the ANACONDA/MAG-10/Surge Workout Fuel?

I assume you had them zero carb outside peri-workout (and green veggies of course)? When you dropped the last serving of Surge Workout Fuel did you have them zero carb for 4 weeks?
