2 scoops is 525 calories, 9g fat, 80g carb - not counting fiber - and 26g protein
i would just put a scoop of whey in the blender, 1/2 cup or a cup of oats just for texture and and then make up for the rest of the carbs with sweetners (sugar, jam, chocolate syrup whatever)

Has this ever happened to anyone? . . . so for the last 3 days now I have added 2 tbsps of EVOO to my pre-workout shake and OMG its almost like a get a rush about 30 - 45 minutes later and sweat like a pig but I must say I feel good.
I just thought yall should be jealous of my new home/barn gym… As you can see it was a Deadlift day.

Yes, this absolutely happens to me. It’s really weird because it’s just all of a sudden.
I was thinking about switching my pre-workout to low-carb whey and heavy whipping cream but I’m worried about it destroying my stomach. Any experience with this?

I third this. I normally try and take in some EVOO a little before I lift.
Recently I’ve been taking a shot of 3tbs about 30-40 min before lifting. It’s been working pretty well.
What’s worked in the past for me,(Very well I might add), is dousing steak with EVOO about an hour or so before lifting.

Ah now that is my baby. The main beams are two 2x6 glued and screwed and the rest as you can see are 2x6 as well. But here is the kicker the whole thing in attached to the frame of the house and cement floor. You can load that puppy up and she is solid. And as you can see I have one of those oh so many jobs around the house that needs to be done aka the bottom corner needs to be cut flush lol. The catches are led pipes and those things take a pounding especially when I do partial squats or raised deadlifts.
But yes I have quite the set up and when I did personal training my clients loved it as I would let them come and go as they pleased.

Well James I’m looking at the clock and its 3:30AM and its almost time to launch Operation Super Shake (almost time to hit the old bed). . I think I’m actually going to be up this week as I seem to be fuller in a good way.
Been a good week after taking away the fiber I was usually at 22 g a day for carbs and hit my mark of 4500 cals/day even hit 5000+ on a few. . .
. . Well off I go to dream about my carb up and then the Official Saturday weigh in . . .
. . . Morning AD Gods! . . So official weigh in and I’m up 1.2 of a pound so I guess I’m happy. I’m bigger and smooth but that is to be expected as all my carbs are depleted BUT not for long . . time for a Super Shake then off to go buy more food . . Extreme Variances here we come!
OK so im in the middle of day 2 on my carb up. Dayum nigguh, this rocks! I’m starting to feel the drowsiness and sleepyness associated with all the carbs. But I can definitely feel that tomorrow im gonna have a lot more energy and pumps in the gym.
