Should i trim fat off of the beef rump steak? I know that on anabolic diet we are encouraged to eat fatty red meat. However, there is a whole ring of fat on the steaks that i buy and im unsure of what to do.
I count my calories and also not sure how many cals it would be in such a fatty piece of rumpsteak (untrimmed). I can find nutritional data for lean rumpsteak only.

Thats what i have been doing for the last 20 days-having whole rumpsteaks, chuck beef etc.
Hiwever i feel like crap now, maybe ive been undereating. Im on 2500 cals (including 300 cal from broccoli and cabbage), 179cm, 79kg. Do you think this is too low coz i feel bad all the time? My maintenance cals should be around 3100 (bwx18), so im not quite sure what wrong im doing.

How long have you been on ad? What do you think of muscle gain on ad? Im hoping its gnna be better than Poliquin style that i did previously.
Mauro advocates that athletes should be never more than 10%bf, thats why im trying to get really low. Thats gonna give me some space for bulking so as not to go over 10per .

Id eat more red meat in ur place and much more water…
Imo unless your a bb model or fighter what’s wrong with 10% its a good look. I’m only 175lb so 2100 is cool also I’m in a cut phase. Muscle gain is nice I find getting all the protien helps. I’ve been on ad about 3 yrs its just a lifestyle at this point. Also I’m no bb or model right now I’m 13% bf when I hit 10% I will just do maintence. I like ad because its simple and food tastes good not so boring

You are right 10% is fine, much better than 17% that i was before haha

You can strive for 7% good luck… IMO I dont think that extra 3% will cause you a tidal wave of vagina but I could be wrong Yes I bulk too for the most part I run the AD like this

I feel I am generally able to save muscle during cut ad a small bit on maintence and ad a few lbs during bulk…
Im not as agressive as you as long as I look good at the pool and I get gains in the gym Im happy

Yeah but apparently test levels are always higher at lower body fat. And mauros idea is that u never go above 10%…
