Anabolic Diet - Sub for Ground Beef

Need help here guys…my diet is below, can you recommend a substitute for ground beef in this diet. It’s really the key ingredient, and I’m just wanting to switch it up. I’m good with everything else, but the ground beef is killing me.

What can I eat instead and still get the red meat protein and the fat? Also any other suggestions or criticism is appreciated. Thanks in advance:

2 bacon 2 fish capsules

10:30 AM 6 oz beef (1 3/8 cup)
green beans 1/2 cup
olive oil 1/2 table

1:30 PM Tuna can
Cauliflower 1 cup
ranch 2 table
2 fish capsules

5:00 PM 6 oz beef (1 3/8 cup)
green beans 1/2 cup
olive oil 1/2 table

9:00 PM 1 scoop Nitrean
2 oz cheddar cheese
2 fish capsules

Sirloin Steak
Pork
Bison
Lamb
Venison
And more.

You have plenty of options.
