I thought it’d be a pretty neat idea for those who’s currently on anabolic diet to post any recipes they know of that’s great for the low-carb days. Let’s face it, a lot of food has carb in them which makes it pretty hard for us to cook up something actually good without having carbs in it.
Or two philly cheesesteaks with bacon and provolone cheese on top. easy 800 cals and tastes pretty good. Foreman grill and microwave are miracle workers on AD, that’s why I love it.
mozarella, cheddar, cottage cheese mixed with 3 eggs, 1/4 cup soymilk, some sauteed onions, and 1/4 cup of grinded almond so its powderish. I mixed it all up and baked for about 30min.

The result was awesome. It can be a great snack!
The soymilk is a bad idea for various reasons. Also the onions, the way you made them, were pure sugar. Not exactly a good AD food combination there unless you only ate one bite.

the onions were so little it won’t affect that much. plus i use soymilk because i ran outta milk, next time ill be using half and half
Ok maybe then. You do realize that milk and the AD are not good friends right? Your recipe might be good with the low carb milk though.

Use cream instead of milk. “low carb milk” is shit.
1 can tuna, drained, flaked
1/2 c. mayo
1 tbsp. honey mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cabbage leaves
Mix the tuna, mayo, and honey mustard together. Scoop out half of it and put half on each of the cabbage leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap cabbage leaves around tuna. Voila! Tuna wraps, AD-style!
Half a bag of frozen spinach, half a cup of full fat cottage cheese, four tablespoons of cream (or 1/4 cup of pecans, macadamia nuts,or walnuts)chocolate protein powder, two tablespoons of flax meal.
