Greetings T-Nation. I have an odd request. I’m looking for someone that would be willing to “trade” supplements. I have 4 tubs on unopened, still sealed Low-Carb Grow!, but am getting a little sick of the chocolate flavor (yes, my fault for buying so many chocolate). I’m looking for a way to swap some of them for some other flavors. I’d be willing to pay for shipping going both ways.
I realize this is a freaking insanse request, but I just thought I’d throw it out there. Nice first post on here, I know, but I swear I’m really not insane.
Why don’t you just stash the choc and buy another flavor from the site? Grow! is good for 2 years or so from manufacured date. Just pull them out when you’re ready.
Either way you’re gonna have to pay for shipping. Might as well get more product. Just a thought
If you’re tired of the flavor, try adding sugar-free, fat-free Jell-O instant pudding flavors to your Grow! shakes: butterscotch, banana cream, cheesecake, etc. These add 1g of CHO and can really enhance the flavor of Grow! (which is already awesome).
Also, have you tried adding instant coffee (Foldgers)? It tastes like Starbucks!
PCH - Thanks for the suggestions, I’ll have to try some of them out. I do like the taste, I’m just getting a little tired of it. I’ll try adding some of the stuff you suggested though, thanks!
Interesting thread…I bought a couple of tubs of the Strawberry, and while I do like it, the chocolate is the only flavor that I ever really want to have. I haven’t even tried the Banana or Orange yet, because I have a tub and a half of Strawberry that I never use. Anyway, I’d be happy to trade my unopened Strawberry for a Chocolate (or either of the other flavors, for that matter, so that I can try them).
Heh, I thought this thread would die without any responses, but so far the outcome has been pretty good. T-Nation is the bomb.
Nate - More trouble, but cheaper. I wouldn’t have an extra $50 to drop on another couple tubs until a few weeks. This way all I need to do is pay some small shipping charges.

If someone really wanted to go through the trouble of putting germs or poison in your Grow!, they could easily seal it back up and you would never be able to tell the difference.
So I don’t think it really matters whether it’s sealed or not, on the internet, there is no way to be sure. There’s a lot of psycho’s out there.
