Seriously, you have cooler hair. That’s enough for me.
Cant argue facts lol
Well to be fair enough he’s taller than you are and you’re REALLY strong.

excuse me gents,
INSTEAD of flaming the OP (he posted pics,he is real, he is good) why don’t help the young guy?

What answer could be given? A layout like:
Chest- 16sets
Back- 20sets
Bis- 8-12sets
Tris- 14-16sets
legs- 24sets
How does one come up with this? The blanket statement has already been given, “There is no set number for anything.” Plus, in all seriousness, someone sitting at 236lb with 11%bf would be at my lvl/better off than me, so who am i to give him advice lol?
akuma,akuma…
you are a fucking mesomorph with heavy bones and I presume that you 'll be HUGE in a while!!!
PS; don’t change haircut,btw…
I know you didn’t ask for this, but some back width and lats in general will really help your physique come together. Like most of us, some lateral delt work will help bring out your tapper too.

Not saying that you’re wrong here, but I feel that back width on the back double biceps pose is very much a genetic thing (muscle insertions) with many people.
The different between a back double biceps pose and a rear lat spread can be really big with certain people - they can look like they have no back width on the former pose but it really shows on the latter.
Oh…and congratulations to all those who put the guy off btw.
We managed to keep it going to page 4, good job!
We don’t want people with good genetics on here, do we? They’ll be much bigger and stronger than everyone in 5 years time and that’ll be far too embarrassing!

Ah, so this is the unofficial agreement we all must sign when joining T-Nation? lol

Just a thought…
Dude, fair enough but, the kid needs some serious heavy rowing. He gets those lats popping and it will really bring out his frame quite well.
It was just a point of interest with myself that’s all.
I’d say that back width is my best quality, but doing the back double biceps pose and it “disappears”…probably compounded by my crappy posing skills lol.

Surprised (in a good way) he posted pics. Looks really good for 18, hell, better than most posters here. I don’t doubt those numbers at all.
If OP reads this…don’t obsess about set/rep schemes, just focus on continually making progress at basic compound and assistance work, and you’ll be fine.
