Greetings, I am AMG…nothing special but I share the same love affair with weights just like others on the board.
I must admit-I have slacked off on the weights…
I might get a chance to workout 1 or 2 times a week
Bench 385 5x8
Dips…body weight 4x25
military press standing over head 225 4x8
squats…350 4x8
I will try to improve and get organized and post pics as the weeks come
