I need some help trying to figure out an AM training carb backloading protcol.
I usualy wake up around 0700, drink coffee and then train fasted. Then I go to work for twelve hours. Im 5’10 180lbs now and would like to loose some bodyfat and maintain/gain muscle. I need some help on how much and when I should carb backload.
