Am I Overtraining

That’s not so or true there is a phenomenon as over-training. True he might not be in that category. We don’t know enough of what his training is like over a 6 month time period. We don’t know what kinds of routines he’s following… Sounds like hypertrophy. We don’t know what his health is like… He lost weight so he’s either more active or eating less… Not enough information for me, for Sherlock Holmes yes but for me no!! lol

x2 read around/ask questions in the Over 35 forum. Also get on a program like 5/3/1 that has regular deloads
