Am I Getting Enough Protein?

I’ve been calculating on how much protein do I need,I don’t want to open a can of worms on protein consumption and such.So Do you think this much protein is enough for optimal growth.
7eggs
500gr chicken breast
200gr beef giro(more or less)
100 gr cottage cheese
2 scoops of whey isolate during training

I estimate here about 300 gr of protein, taking in account that i still have to buy the whey protein,i take about 260 grams now.Is it enough?

Yup, I’d make sure it’s just not a ton higher than your carb intake though.

and when I say carbs, I DO NOT MEAN FUCKING SNICKERS BARS! lol jk dude.

OH cmon i dropped the mars bar (IT WAS PRETRAINING) :P:P…anyways my carbs will be fruits and rice maybe…limited to preworkout :D.

haha Well if you are going that low carb just make sure your fat intake is higher. Trust me you don’t want protein to be a super dominant macro.

Try to make it so the grams in protein is either closely matched or 1:1 ratio with either carbs or healthy fats. Whichever you choose. the odd macro out, which in your case is carbs, should be kept low.

im eating higher carbs currently(am eating nachos now :p) but even though i feel stronger,im gainig abit of fat(nuttin’ really problematic)…now i plan on taking all my carbs pre and peri workout along with my shakes :p…for now im going to fully tune my protein intake…also im going to go on vacation and im going to do bodyweight exercises if i dont find a gym where im going -___-.
