Am I Crazy? Part II

My analysis goes like this. There is much hope for you due to the pretty face and the 38gs. Don’t over analyze your life at the present. Go with the flow my friend. Have some fun and laugh. Have a great week.[/quote]
I miss the pretty face and the 38G’s, but after my last therapy session it was clear I would be happy with a different pretty face, and I’d even “settle” for some 38DD’s. Just no more toxic drama for me. I’m just about done with the therapy…the shrink thinks I’m normal (HAH) and just need time to get over having my heart and soul trampled on.
I’m not so sure its that simple, but then again I never make anything simple.
I have found joy in the gym again. It is so obvious my son enjoys training WITH me instead of training ADJACENT to a mastodon wannabe strongman. He’s getting stronger everyday and I’m at less risk of an MI every time I jog with him. And there might be a vein sighting in my arm soon…I might have to post that picture.
Just so you guys dont think I’ve totally gone soft, I did deads after all of the running/bodybuilding and went up to 5x405 with my belly hernia bulging out pretty good. Hey, I aint having fun unless I’m pushing some envelope. Doc

Ah, but you are finding real value if your son wants to train with you.

People usually need a year or so to get over the grief of what you went through with your wife. It is one thing to know that, another to let it sink in. Give yourself some time.

Otherwise, I married a blond and have been happy ever since

Well, at least with her. Life has had its rough spots otherwise, but the iron seems to be true to me.

Now, if I can just get over catching the crud, the flu and a bad cold all at once. Arghh.

hey Doc. you are sounding good, and I am glad for the quality time you are getting with your son. That’s great.

As for the rage, embrace it for now, it will lessen with time.

Embracing life and emotion is much better than trying to hide from it, that is for sure.

I’ve been sick recently, finally getting healthier. Darn, what else to say, came by your thread because it reminds me to keep moving.

Hey Doc, its been a couple weeks, just wanted to pop by and say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
old lardass

Congrats, you have been elected “Shrink Of the Year” by the old farts on T-Nation. Happy New Year

You gonna Houdini on us again? Get back here so I can yell at you.

Hey doc, I bumped you up to page 1 so that you could find your log easier. now post something.

Miss you, you crazy bastard. Hope all’s going good with you.
