I keep a log when i lift but im starting to wonder if im being a bit too anal. Like i record the number of sets and reps i do for just about every exercise.
Sometimes i think this effects my focus too much…like im thinking ok i did 9 reps on this set last week whilst im lifting.
What about you guys? how do you record your workouts?
No. Definately not. That’s what a logs for. Flip back like 3 months. Are you stronger now than then?
If you are then you know what you’ve done in the last 3 months has worked and if yo uever get stuck you can go back to it. That’s what the logs there for my man!
I think logs help to keep you focused plus it helps keep you motivated if you miss a workout you have a blank page. You should also log every thing you eat. You’ll be amazed at the improvements you can make.
