My Gym only has up to 110 pound DB’s unfortunately…
Can you top this?
I hold the dumbbell between my knees (insert jokes) and rest it on my calves with my legs bent. i don’t like using the chain because it swings around too much (insert jokes)…

Why not use a dip belt? I’m sure you can get even higher numbers since I find using a dumbbell too uncomfortable.

Why use a dip belt when you can just use adamhum’s mom? Put her on your back, and you’re dipping 3x your bodyweight.

I did +70 X 7 a few weeks ago, only been liftin for around 6-7 months though
