The lowest form of human being(sasquatch) in this thread is those who will say ignorant comments about another mans wife when she is totally defenseless because he could not compete with the diatribe he got himself into in the first place. The game you’all(my opposition) are playing is your own… and you’re losing quite badly at it I might add. I have attacked noone in this thread, my comments have been initially attacked and then ganged up on in an effort to destroy my credibility. That defeat has never happened. The reason the thread is so off topic, is because I could not be defeated on topic. The “men” in particular choose to find another way to see whose dick was the biggest. Neph won. Game over. You men lost the topic battle. The women won that with enough time to go out and get some chips & cookies. Very few men listened to the ladies, there were a few, but “one” in particular is in total agreement with the overall sentiment of the women. That one person was me. I have started giving shoulders there own day. That has helped a bit, but I think the biggest difference I have seen is when I added bradford presses into my routine. I can do laterals, behind the neck presses and military presses till I am blue in the face, but doing bradford presses has made my shoulders swell. At least it feels that way.
