Thanks man. Just ordered a safety squat bar yesterday so it’s about to get better!

That was awesome pressing, I do rolling tri extensions and now think Im doing them totally wrong…are you all healed up? I predict full on awesomeness on 2/25…

Don’t follow my form on these buddy, I just started doing them this morning and am not sure on form yet. waiting for coach confirmation. I found some online videos and did my best to emulate.

All healed up and looking for a PR or two

I had to follow you over here—awesome pressing, that’s a ton of weight. I’m looking forward to following your training on the way to the meet. Looks to me like you’ll be killing it.

Also, I like the music. Ba ba…babababa

Deadlift Day

135,225,315,405,455x3 off floor

415,450x1 off block

bent over rows 3 sets of 225x5

pulldowns, shrugs, 1 arm swings

video highlights below. Felt strong so left the belt off today.

Form feels solid.

Coach said my rolling extension form was right

Impressive vid, love the THE END, in the end.

EDIT
The tricep ones, look brutal. Have you done the ones like that with the curl bar type bar?
Is it the same feeling with the explosive up? Hope i explained that right.

Thanks. The rolling extensions feel very different (harder) vs bar because your getting a bigger stretch at the bottom.

Was supposed to sleep but couldn’t so I decided to do the AM workout tonite. Squatting for reps was on the menu…

I hit 325x9. I don’t count because it distracts me when I’m supposed to “just get as many as I can.” I wish somebody would have said one more rep makes 10…next time I leave it on the safety bars vs racking. Not my best, but I’m definitely way ahead of where I thought I’d be.

feeling all grrrr tonite

Squat and deadlift form are exceptional, very good work. Did you get your new bar yet? So jealous!

Thanks, took me a while to dial form in after injury. Still waiting for bar to arrive!

I’m walking around at about 195 or so now so most likely the 198s . During the summer I’m about 185 or so. I’m 42 but will be competing in the raw open division. I hate the thought of lifting in a “masters” division. I’m forever 29…at least I’m my head!

That home gym looks awesome…one day I gotta get me one of those! Squats looked great way to take the grrr out on them!

Lots of GRRR must make for really good training, cause your lifts look great. Where do get grrr from, anyway?

Usually, I think about how much I’m paying in taxes. If that doesn’t get you growling nothing will

What class are you lifting in?
