Alternative to Pull-thru's??

Besides RDLs, DLs, leg curl, glute-ham raise, hip extension machine?? Anything that doesn’t use a low-pulley??

If you had a band you could choke it around a power rack.

Good mornings, but you probably already thought of that.

Kettlebell or Dumbbell swings will Fry your hammies. If done correctly they ar better than Dimel deads-which is something else to add.

Back extensions done with a bent leg and really pushing through the balls of your feet to engage hammies. Single leg version is good.

Can’t think of the proper name but I’d describe them as lying hip thrusts.
Lying down on your back. With knees bent at 90 degrees, feet on a bench. Hands by sides, push your pelvis up by pushing down through your heels and contracting your glutes and hamstrings. You can add weight and do them single legged too.

Reverse hypers are worth a try

How do you add weight to the hip thrusts? Where do you put it? On your chest?
