I know you like quotes so at the risk of sounding a little too mushy/corny, this was the first that popped into my head – â??Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never, ever the same.â??
I think it’s safe to say you’ve made a pretty damn big impression on a lot of people in a fairly short amount of time. Stay strong, stay healthy and if it’s your time, die empty brother.
Well, this site will be a poorer place without you. You’re a talented writer, and thanks for the many inspiring posts above and beyond training. Die empty, but until then, take care.
I really cannot express how much all of your words have blessed me…
I have decided to stay around the site here as much as i can, but my role will be changing. You won’t be seeing very many posts from me, but I will continue to update my Youtube Page, so if you want to keep tabs on how I am doing lifting wise-just keep checking in over there…I’m going back to the shadows like I was for all of those years prior to starting this log.
I am a better man for all of you coming into my life and I thank you all for helping this log become what it was. i hope I helped some of you the way you guys helped me.
I’m still available through PM’s and will talk as much as I am able but it probably won’t be too much at all.
I really, really do appreciate all of you. Thank each and every one of you for becoming part of this. I’ll still be watching all of you.
Nothing to say that has not been said. Other than - I hope you continue to choose your own path and remain uncompromised through life. There are too few originals. Of course, die empty - but not too soon.

Hit the nail on the head, aut.
We’ll miss you bro, thanks for everything. You are truly an inspiration, and I wish you the best of luck wherever your journey takes you.
“Whenever I feel like being ordinary, i’ll ask myself what you would do!”
I second that.
EDIT: In addition to all the inspiring non-training-related material, I thank you for encouraging me to give total-body-splits a shot. The heavy pullups and BB rows have helped me grow quite a bit; I probably would still be doing some hypertrophy training – with less desirable results – if we had not corresponded. Thanks again, keep kicking ass!
