@Tougher That is awesome man thank you so much for the feedback and kind words! I really do appreciate them and I am glad you are finding the logs helpful!
@Benanything Hahaha well, I am not even sure if they have an American version. And they haven’t reached out to me at all, nor have I reached out to them. If they are interested, they know where to find me…But I appreciate the vote of confidence!
Part two of the “So you want to Start a Gym” Series Where I discuss How much Money I make, Marketing, Social Media, Certifications, & Free Time. I Hope some of you will find it helpful!
Hey Brian. I’ve been following your channel since you had 800 subs.
I Just wanted to say thanks for the OHP and Bench press tips videos. Your tips helped me get several PRs over the past couple of months. You have the best lifting channel on youtube imo, hopefully you’ll hit 100k subs soon.
The clothing looks really cool and I would love to support you by buying one but unfortunately the shipping costs would be higher than the initial price for a tshirt (I live in Germany).
@Roran Hahah that is awesome man! Glad you like it!
@Koestrizer Dude, i totally understand! I wish international shipping was more reasonable, but I appreciate all of the other support you show my friend!
@markws Yea man, i have seen that one! Rogue has some really interesting documentaries out there on stuff like this!
@T3hPwnisher Hahaha I may just have to do that man and i am glad you (ad your wife) like them!
@littlesleeper It just makes us all better when we are accountable to each other my friend!
I’ve been out of the game for awhile, going through some major health issues and surgeries. Very cool to see the gym and your online business is taking off more than ever. I am getting back to hitting the weights and physical activity in general, and your stuff is an inspiration as much as ever. Keep working hard!
@Sutebun Man, thank so much for stopping in! i am sorry to hear that you are going though a rough patch but it happens to everyone my friend! Just start getting back after it one step at a time and you will be passing your old PRs in no time!
So here is My latest Training Vlog where I hit a 685lb Squat PR, 455x2 on the Bench and Press the 90lb Dumbbells for a set of 38. Check it out if you are interested! Thanks for the support everyone!
@Benanything I’m not really sure how to answer that man. I think what might be tight to one person might be loose to another. I wrap them myself so they aren’t as tight as if someone else was doing it. But if I had to quantify it, I would say that I wrap them 70-80% of tight as possible. I hope that helps and makes a little bit of sense.
@strong_runner At my gym we always run things like this:
Monday -Train
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Train
Thursday -Rest
Friday - Train
Saturday - Train
Sunday -Rest
How to Lift Atlas Stones Part II where I cover Tacky, Stone Shouldering and Assistance Lifts you can do with or without Atlas Stones. Oh, and I hit a 350lb Stone to Shoulder PR in there! Hope this is helpful to some of you!
@Benanything Hmm well “tighter” I feel like this is asking, how much tighter are your lifting shoes from your dress shoes. The wraps a definitely tighter but nothing like you see top guys doing with pre stretching the wraps then have them ratchet them down on you. I pull a good bit of the slack out of them but they aren’t “powerlifter” tight.
