Just got my first bottle of Alpha Male and the bottle says take 1 OR 2 tablets. Which is it, 1 OR 2? lol I am 41 and about 215 lbs. Any suggestions?

Well, you are supposed to start out by taking one and see how you tolerate it. if you tolerate it well, increase the dose to two. This indication is made more as a safety measure. if you can, take the max dose without exceeding it
