i do what it says on the bottle, 2 in the morning about 1/2 hour before breakfast, then 2 more later in the day on a somewhat empty stomach. i feel nothing subjectively from this supp that i can tell although i think it’s having a positive effect on body composition so i guess you could take it other times if you had a specific reason to
