Alpha Male for Beginners

I am new to the community, and first have got to say I’m lovin it. There is clearly a high degree of expertise here!!

As for my question, it’s pretty basic for most of you I can tell, but it’s new to me.

I have recently decided to try the Alpha Male test booster. I am a 35yr old male post back surgery, and so I fell out of shape for awhile, and by the time I got back into things my T levels had dropped significantly. Anyway, the point is, should Rez-V be started with the Alpha Male, or is there a time period of taking the Alpha before the Rez-V is necessary? Basically, what works best for a first time T booster?

I hope my supplement naivete’ doesn’t shine too bright, but I already know I’ll be chasing the ANACONDA in a few months time!!

Thanx in advance… Also, If anyone would like to throw at me some additional suggestions on how to efficiently get hardcore again after C6-C7 vertebrae fusion, I would be sooo appreciative!!

I basically had the same question but instead of the Rez-V mine was about Alpha Male & Alpha GPC. Is it ok to mix these 2? Is it reccomended?
thanks guys.

Are you asking if the Rez-V is necessary to take in conjunction with or after finishing Alpha Male? As in PCT? If so, Alpha Male doesn’t require PCT. If not, I made assumptions about your post and apologize.

I LOVE Alpha Male. I have read posts where people said they didn’t feel it did anything for them, but I have used it several times and have been very pleased with it. I am 36 (will be 37 in June) and would highly recommend it. Taking Rez-V with Alpha Male isn’t a bad thing and I believe would help the overall affect, but by no means would it be necessary. The last time I used Alpha Male I took two in the morning and two six to eight hours later, five days on followed by two days off. I did that for six weeks. During this time I took just one Rez-V a day.

While I don’t have the exact problem with my neck, I do have issues with C5-C6. My only advice is to make every effort to execute great form and be careful!

First of all, thank you for mentioning the neck thing… it is something that kinda plagues my workouts right now, but I completely understand the “perfect form=reduced trauma” concept, I will have to remind myself, lol.

As for the Alpha Male question… it was about the necessity with Alpha Male to have an estrogen inhibitor like Rez-V while taking Alpha Male? I don’t want to risk the negatives of estrogen increase to gain the T level positives. Also, with the twice a day dosage, is there a time period before sleep that it should not be taken in??

I am very excited about the possibilities Alpha Male could offer me, and while I understand (as with all supplements) results vary, I have heard a lot of positives and can’t wait for it to show up tomorrow!!!

Thanks again for the response!

Gotcha. Alpha Male is not going to raise your levels to the point where you will need an estrogen inhibitor. However, taking Rez-V and Alpha Male together worked well for me. As for your sleep question, I took Alpha Male first thing in the morning, then six to eight hours later. That had my second dose well before I went to bed. I have used it several times and it has never bothered my sleep.

Many exercises are discussed and argued but for me I stay away from pressing and pulling to behind the neck. I also use and recommend the Manta Ray for back squats although I don’t do them that often. I prefer front squats and Zercher squats because of the load not being on my spine. Also, and many may flame me for this, I no longer do good mornings. I LOVE doing them but with my neck issues I decided to stop. Plus doing them hurt and I listen to my body.
